...I cant believe it...

I have just looked at the date of my last post. It seems over 4 weeks have passed since the last time i have logged on.

Blimey.

Well, what have I done in this time.

Hmm, well, there was that,, and this.... and of course the other..

Honestly.. i cant remember, but it has been hot.

Since my back injury I still haven't ran.. not that my back is still hurting, but more, Im scared too. The pain from my last run was unbeliveable. Weeks of discomfort, and medically prescribed pain killers were werid.

But, yes.. in case any one is nosey, the weight has pilled back on, and I am not proud.

I have been on the bike with the wife a couple of times, but no where near as energetic as I would have preferred.

Do not get me wrong, I miss being out there running, but as I said earlier, Im very worried in case I hurt myself again. Yes... go on say... im thinking it... what a wuss??
