...last practise...

Last night, me and Joe, did a 3.5miler. This is my last run before the race on Sunday at Raby castle, and it felt good, I didn't feel that tired afterwards, which is good, as I dont want to ruin my chances of BEATING Andy and Luisa, by burning out.

HOHOHOHOHOHO, evil cackle....

And if I dont win them fair and square, then there is always the baseball bat in the boot of my car.. I SHALL have the last laugh..
